Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to VizMenu, a software platform owned and operated by Plenixa LLC, a California limited liability company.

By subscribing to VizMenu, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:

  • • Partial billing periods
  • • Unused subscription time
  • • Downgrades during an active billing cycle
  • • Failure to cancel prior to renewal

If you cancel your subscription, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring cancellation occurs before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

3. Free Trial (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered:

  • • No charges will occur during the trial period.
  • • Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled prior to expiration.

Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in a subscription charge, which is nonrefundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances.

Any refund issued does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar or future situations.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact us at info@vizmenu.com before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension or termination of your account and revocation of access to the Service.
