Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to VizMenu, a software platform owned and operated by Plenixa LLC, a California limited liability company.
By subscribing to VizMenu, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Payments
VizMenu is a digital software service that is delivered immediately upon activation. By subscribing, you acknowledge that access to the platform begins instantly and constitutes full delivery of the service.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected).
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
All payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:
- • Partial billing periods
- • Unused subscription time
- • Downgrades during an active billing cycle
- • Failure to cancel prior to renewal
If you cancel your subscription, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring cancellation occurs before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
3. Free Trial (If Offered)
If a free trial is offered:
- • No charges will occur during the trial period.
- • Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled prior to expiration.
Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in a subscription charge, which is nonrefundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances.
Any refund issued does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar or future situations.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and revocation of access to the Service.
